Jeff has been charged with laundering drug money.  I can't support that.  I only support a person who has a medical problem, California ID, and a doctors rec right to have access to marijuana.  It is illegal to sell marijuana.  Jeff knew that but he chose to make a buck any ways.  Doesn't Jeff live in Beverly Hills?  I have been to Organica and I was told "The owner doesn't believe in discounts."

Charged not convicted.  You are assuming the charge is correct, ie guilty unless proven innocent, also you accuse him of living in Beverly Hills like that's a crime even if true.  You quote dubious authorities as to whether it is illegal to sell marijuana.  The attorney general's guidelines mandate "sales" "sales tax" and "sellers permits"; re-read sb420 please. 

So, you asked for a discount and didn't get one, and now you wish to inject your dislike of the man, mostly for wrongheaded reasons, into a plea for his court support (albeit a week late as to his 3/4 hearing).

I hope the readers will come to their own conclusions about your post and disregard it.  But you are of course entitled to your opinions.  Jeff has very dedicated collective members and although the accusations sound harsh, we haven't heard the rest of the story.

This case isn't about facts. It's an attack on him and the rest of our community. The D.A. opinion far differs from the opinion of our states attorney general Jerry Brown. If the city is able to successfully prosecute Jeff Joseph. They will prosecute each and every club owner in LA. For any club owners who wish to continue to conduct a medical marijuana collective. BEWARE YOUR NEXT !!!. Cooley already said it at the eradication meeting in montebello. Don't be so quick to forget.

maybe they did but do you know how much they are paying for their meds no you dont
i know of a disp around the corner by lax and they told me they pay their vendors up to 6k lb do the math besides organica had the best moonrocks in town at a great price and hashman is right they are messing with our clubs dont let them do this............
