New bill leaves many unanswered questions

The medical marijuana patients of Maine took giant leaps forward. On November 3rd the Maine Medical Marijuana act passed with 59% of the vote, but what does this mean? Well it now opens the door for non-profit collectives, and coops to dispense medical marijuana to their members. It is similar to bills passed in Vermont and New Mexico. But there is still a lot of questions to be answered before the bill is signed into effect. Hopefully they can come up with some answers quickly so that the State can move forward. I would hate to see the legal system put its brakes on to slow down the initiative of Maines citizens.
