Topic: Why Do Medical Marijuana Patient Have to be Unemployed?

Under the current employment law, companies in the State of California are not allowed to assist petient with medical marijuana needs. And if already employed, employee/medical marijuana user can be fired for testing positive.

Does this make sense?

No.  Send the Governator a letter about it - he's the one who vetoed the fix to the laws about that.
