The Serenity Prayer For LA City Council Regarding Medical Cannabis

I pray to God or the powers that be to grant Los Angeles City Council the serenity to accept the things they cannot change about medical cannabis;

I pray to God or the powers that be to grant Los Angeles City Council the courage to change the things they can about medical cannabis;

and I pray to God or the powers that be to grant Los Angeles City Council wisdom to know the difference.

And more importantly, I pray to God or the powers that be to grant Los Angeles City Council the wisdom to make a positive difference for medical cannabis patients and the community at large.
