We are a team beginning to build a brand and community collective. We are need of a lawyer to handle the non-profit setup according to state guidelines. Any referrals?

There are several attorneys that specialize in that area. The one I used was S.Richlan at 420lawoffice.com.

James Anthony.

I trust my freedom to him.

Not cheap. But what price freedom?

And I just broke my rule to never recommend specific counsel. But for a very good reason: There are plenty who can help you set up and advise your true NP collective. But I wanted a collective specialist. Not a guy who has an iron in every fire and expects to represent you over and over....all the way to the yacht brokers.

"measure twice, cut once" Goes good for carpenters and choosing counsel.

Cannabis. It's not my lifestyle..... it's my lifesaver

I agree with LG and Looney2nz, James Anthony is an awesome person, and is very committed to MMJ patients.

I am only one, but still I am one! I cannot do everything, but I can do something.
