I heard that Bill Panzer might do things like that

And I just broke my rule to never recommend specific counsel. But for a very good reason: There are plenty who can help you set up and advise your true NP collective. But I wanted a collective specialist. Not a guy who has an iron in every fire and expects to represent you over and over....all the way to the yacht brokers.
