Regretfully, we have no plans to reopen.

I've heard some amazing things about them and their extensive compassion programs. It's quite a loss.
Over 100 catastrophically ill patients who received their cannabis for FREE are now left with no truly compassionate source of meds. My heart is so heavy. . .
HMS was first officially permitted collective cultivation in the emerald triangle.
DOJ/USAO considering the Arcata Crabs Baseball Park as a children's playground is unjust.
It's open 2-3 months a year when the Crabs summer collegiate baseball team plays, and they serve beer.

They can give out 300 cannabis joints free via "mailed" to a "pharmacy" but, don't dare compete without using the mail system..
And there is absolutely no scientific evidence cannabis is toxic or in anyway could endanger a child's life.

Something is seriously wrong with there thinking !!! They have serious distorted moral issues.

How many died ?
How many companies made this stuff and distributed it too the public at large ??
How many stopped making it because it "killed, harmed, endangered, caused toxicity, or the like. ? ZIP, ZERO, NADA !!

What baffles me is:
Cannabis is illegal from a federal standpoint right? So in the eyes of the feds, being within a 1000 ft of a school makes it more illegal? It's ALL ILLEGAL in their eyes. Instead of recognizing states rights, cannabis is realisticly classified at least in California as sorta illegal up to super illegal. This is all so stupid. If anyone is going to help provide medicine to the folks left without, let me know, I'd like to help.
jeanne71366 they claim it is illegal from their standpoint but, when you actually do the research it shows the head of the DEA signing rulemaking in regards to THC and organic plant material being used for generic marinol. Schedule III 
So for them to say : Organic THC is still illegal is a farce . And an even bigger farce to claim it's a danger to children.
One day a smart lawyer will figure this out and open a can of some legal butt wooping.
I hope these people get meds soon ..

thank you Jeanne, but I'm just not sure that is possible, unless you are willing to deliver to Humboldt.
These patients are catastrophically ill and pretty much home bound and/or without transportation.
And it takes over 6 lbs per month to supply them all.
How can anyone choose who is the 'sickest'. . .

Some of you know how much work went into HMS, which Eric worked on until he passed... LindaAnne has been the backbone of HMS, and for all of the fights with the city... it was a shining example of how a collective can and should be run.
I'd like to take those 4 DOJ Attorneys out to visit each and every one of those patients!
