It is time to kick them all to the curb! Enough of harassing citizens who only seek quality in their lives through compassionate relief. How many homeless and displaced persons could this vast amount of $ help lift up out of poverty? And what about all the manpower that is put forth in the name of the “law”, couldn’t this be utilized more prudently like fighting real crime?
